Terms of Sale
OpusAg Ltd · Version 1.0 · 13 July 2026
These are the terms that govern purchases of DraftX licences from OpusAg Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 15790886), 6 George House, 40 Huntingdon Street, St. Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 1BB. By ticking the acceptance box at checkout and completing payment, you agree to the following on behalf of your company:
- All purchases are governed by the DraftX End User Licence Agreement (including its mutual confidentiality obligations and the Privacy Policy).
- Purchases at the founding-customer rate (£500 per PC for the first year) are additionally governed by the Founding Customer Terms, which set out the discount, the feedback and reference commitments it recognises, and a 60-day early-exit window with pro-rata refund.
Summary of key points (the linked documents are the full terms):
- Licences are annual, per PC, and renew as a subscription unless cancelled. Founding-customer licences renew at the then-current list price with at least 60 days' notice.
- The software runs on your own machines. Your drawings and CAD data stay on your network and are never uploaded to OpusAg.
- If a licence ends, the application stops working but every file it produced remains yours, on your systems, in standard formats.
- You are responsible for reviewing outputs before releasing them to production, as set out in the EULA.
Acceptance is recorded by our payment provider (Stripe) at checkout together with the date, time and account details of the purchase. If you would like a countersigned copy of any of these documents, email sales@opusag.co.uk.
